About the role

 

The ISO Coordinator is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.

Partner with business owners across divisions to maintain & improve the standard set of business processes and procedures that are clearly understood and embedded in day-to-day operations.

Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change.

Audit and schedule Audits, carry out and consolidate results against ISO standards.

Develop and conduct compliance audits, program evaluations and reviews to drive results with the fortitude to ensure change is permanent.

Plan carry out and analyse Internal Audits twice annually against the ISO standards.

Schedule and plan annual External Audits against the ISO standards.

Prepare all departments and all documentation for the annual BSI External ISO Audit.

Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation.

Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.

Design Install and debug tooling and capital equipment as it relates to process improvement.

Drive value stream mapping to define “As-ls Analysis” and the transition to Future State.

Schedule and Execute a Documentation Review annually in conjunction with the respective process/policy owners.

SMART Quality Objectives set and monitored for all departments.

All existing non-conformities and observations actioned and closed. All Processes, Policies and Procedures up to date and accurate.

About You

 

  • A passion for Quality and change management.
  • A firm understanding of key Quality tools such as S’s, Root-cause analysis, Cause & effect diagram & Pareto chart & PDCA.
  • Cooperate, collaborate, and innovate to spread best practice.
  • ISO, BSi, or TQM experience and qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical capabilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Track record of influencing peers, managers, and external business contacts.
  • Must be highly delivery focused.
  • UAE Driving licence a must.
