Role Summary:

Look after cleanliness of office spaces, serving tea/coffee/water to staff & visitors and assisting with general admin duties. To serve food and beverages to visitors / Directors’ during meetings in the conference room. To perform the given office work and keep office spaces clean, tidy, and organized.

Job description:

• Responsible for cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping & mopping) the office rooms, hallways, workspaces, office kitchen/pantry areas, restrooms & emptying trash bins.
• Keeping track of cleaning schedule and performing other related duties to promote a tidy environment for all.
• Greet all the visitors and offer tea/coffee/water/refreshments to customers/visitors and staff members.
• Maintain pantry and stationery stocks and create the top up request.
• Ensure that photocopiers / fax machines are always replenished with paper.
• Carry documents from one office desk to another as instructed.
• Faxing, binding of catalogues and brochures.
• Work as part of a small team to ensure the above duties are carried out daily.
• Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Execute your duties in accordance with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.

 

Core competencies:

• Ability to read and write simple English.
• Must be neat, tidy, and presentable.
• Good customer service and able to understand the instructions.
• Be able to operate a Coffee Machine.
• Should have basic Health & Safety understanding (as dealing with hot beverages) along with food & hygiene related compliance.
• Able to operate light electrical equipment.
• Honest & reliable.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
