About the role

 

Manage data within the product information management system and ensure it’s up to date and accurate on all the platforms.

The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

•Manage NPDRF app: generate product codes (individuals and compositions), create data sheets, and set product relations.
•Support the Product Management wider team in data & attributes collation from suppliers.
•Ensure data sheets are reflective of the NPI forms and they are consistent with other products within the same product range or type.
•Work closely with the IT team and relevant stakeholders to ensure the product codes are correctly uploaded to the website and all steps are completed.
•Conduct regular website sense checks to ensure products are in accordance with the assigned categories and related products.
•Check all information that is uploaded and available for new product arrivals.
•Maintain up to date data tracker in coordination with the wider Product Management team.
•Support the sales team with day-to-day retail price inquiries.
•Conduct data housekeeping by checking consistency of data within the same product types, ensuring data is accurate (as per supplier’s updates) and products are assigned to the correct product type.
•Check validation reports and take the required actions.
•Liaise with IT team in the process of improvement of the existing software/app.

 

About You

 

•Must have good product knowledge and experience with the AX/Code Creation system.
•Previous work experience in Photoshop will be preferred.
•Positive, high energy and highly adaptable
•Creative and with the desire to continuously improve.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
•To complete given tasks within the agreed time frame
•Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills.
•A UAE Driving license is a must.
