Our Project Sales team is built on inspiration and innovation, and which are unrivalled to suit all our clients’ needs. Due to our expansion and growth, a career opportunity has arisen for Project Administrator.

About the role

Responsible for all quotation generation and order processing activities related to general project sales activity including liaison with post sales, purchasing and logistic functions as and when necessary. Additionally responsible for providing relevant order information to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ability to work accurately and efficiently whilst prioritizing workload is key to the role.

 

The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

•Accurately prepare quotations adhering to guidelines concerning margins, validity and payment terms using the quotation module.
•Ensure that all customer account details are accurate and relevant.
•Within the administrative capacity provide such support as necessary to ensure sales, contribution and order targets are met.
•From time to time liaise directly with customers on matters of delivery and payment.
•Coordinate with purchasing, post sales, accounts and logistics teams on matters related to purchase, sales, and deliveries.
•Liaise with relevant personnel and departments to ensure timely and accurate creation of product codes and specification sheets for new or customized products as required for certain projects.
•Provide support to the sales team when necessary during the preparation of technical submittal and project approval documents.
•To execute your duties in accordance with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.

 

 

About You

 

•Proven background in administration, preferably in a sales environment.
•Experience gained within the building materials industry is an advantage.
•Fully numerate with an understanding of contribution margins and discounts.
•Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
•Computer literacy with experience and knowledge of Microsoft office; experience with any major ERP system an advantage.
•Attention to detail and accuracy are key requirements.
•Ability to work and contribute within a team environment.
•Ability to work to deadlines and perform accurately in pressure situations.
